Shipping Rates

Quick Tip: to find out the actual rate of shipping your items, view your shopping cart page (click My Cart at the top right of any page). At the bottom of your shopping cart total we list the available shipping rates.

  1. For orders shipped to a United States address:

    • Standard shipping is $4.50 + 6.7% of your order total
    • Priority is $4.95 + 19%
    • UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) - calculated at checkout based on your address

    If you don't specify UPS, we generally use the United States Postal Service. Standard orders sent by USPS Media Mail usually take 3-10 business days, but an occasional order will take up to 3 weeks. Shipments to Hawaii take 4 - 6 weeks. Shipments to overseas military addresses also take several weeks longer. Priority shipments should take only 2-3 business days for delivery. Large orders are often shipped by UPS (which takes 1 - 7 business days, depending on distance), so please provide a physical address.

  2. For foreign customers:

    Low Rate for International Shipments:
    Our international shipping rates are subsidized below operating costs to promote overseas sales. A local Mennonite congregation is helping to fund this project so that our products are more affordable to foreign destinations. We are very thankful for their generosity. This is a great opportunity to ship Rod and Staff books to your missionary friends or others located outside the United States. Also, any of you overseas customers will appreciate this opportunity to buy the schoolbooks and other items we offer. Please spread the word.

    • Standard surface shipping is not available
    • Priority shipping is $12.95 + 20% of your order total

    Foreign orders will be shipped by the least expensive method. Delivery takes 1 - 4 weeks. If you have special requests or other questions, please contact us.

Some items will include a shipping surcharge as they cannot be shipped by our normal service, such as items shipped in a tube to foreign countries:

Rush Order Service   

For a $3 charge (selectable at checkout), we will guarantee that your order under $350* is shipped the same business day. To qualify, you must place your order on Monday through Friday by:

  • 11 AM Pacific Time
  • NOON Mountain Time
  • 1 PM Central Time
  • 2 PM Eastern Time

Rush orders placed after the cut-off time above will be shipped the next business day (weekend orders will be shipped Monday). *Rush orders over $350 may take an additional business day.

If for any reason we are not able to ship your order the same business day (on days the US Postal Service operates) as specified above, the rush charge will be promptly refunded. This guarantee applies to all in-stock items.
