Shipping Rates

Quick Tip: to find out the actual rate of shipping your items, view your shopping cart page. Use the shipping calculator there to find the available shipping rates.

 

  1. For orders shipped to a United States address:

    • Standard shipping is $4.95 + 9% of your order total
    • Priority is $7.00 + 20%
    • UPS Ground - calculated at checkout by weight and zip code

    If you don't specify UPS, we generally use the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard orders sent by USPS Media Mail usually take 3-10 business days, but an occasional shipment can get delayed and in rare situations take up to a month. Choose priority if you have any deadline. Shipments to Hawaii take 4 - 6 weeks. Shipments to overseas military addresses also take several weeks longer. Priority shipments normally take only 2-3 business days for delivery, but can take up to 8 days. Some orders may be shipped by UPS (which takes 1 - 7 business days, depending on distance), so please provide a physical address.

    Note: rates include packaging costs in addition to postage.

  2. For international customers:

    Deliveries to some countries are temporarily suspended at times for various reasons. See more details at USPS.com.

    Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and orders will be shipped by the least expensive method (usually USPS Priority Mail International). Delivery usually arrives within a couple weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks. If you have special requests or other questions, please contact us. Be aware that your local postal service may charge you customs duties for imported goods.

    Due to the high cost of international shipping, we are listing a few foreign-based organizations we are aware of that offer some of the same materials from conservative publishers, such as (primarily) the Rod and Staff curriculum. We are not affiliated with the following independent organizations, but customers in those countries may be able to save some money by ordering from them:

Rush Processing

For a $3 charge ($5 in July, August, and September), we will rush your order to the front of the line for next available carrier pickup, no later than the following business day.

If for any reason we are not able to ship your order by the following business day (on days the US Postal Service operates), the rush charge will be promptly refunded. This guarantee applies to all in-stock items.

Note: for comparison, on average we're able to process over 80% of all orders within two days.

Reshipment Policy

Mishaps sometimes occur in shipping, causing packages to get delayed, returned, or even lost in the carrier's shipping system. In the event such occurs, we will send a replacement of the missing items, but in cases where the outcome is still uncertain, we will usually ask you to wait the full time frame of possible delivery according to the estimates listed above before we make the decision to reship or refund the items.
