We're convinced that the books we sell are a worthwhile investment. But if for any reason you're not satisfied with any of the items you bought, just return them in the same condition you received them, and we'll give you back 100% of the purchase price.

If any items are not as expected due to shipping damage or packing error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the problem.

In all other situations, you are expected to cover the cost of return shipping. Please package well, as corners are easily bent. Beware of newspaper, as it may leave marks on the books. If returns are damaged in shipping, we may need to receive them with a discounted refund under the terms of our Buy-Back Program. We are usually able to process returns within a week or so of receiving them, and we'll send you a confirmation email when you refund is issued. Refunds are usually credited back via the original payment method. If you would like to get other items in exchange for your return, please place a new order, and we will refund you when we process your return.
